Pirate Flat Ride Model Review (Early 2021)

One of my first Amusement Rides was Pirate at Kennywood. I have been riding it for years. Recently, I have been really enjoying the ride. Today, I wanted to give my review of the Pirate Flat Ride Model.

Part 1: Forces

These rides aren't that forceful, but they are meant for families. They are made so that smaller kids can still ride them. They do provide some floater airtime and some decent G-Forces, though.

Because of the audience that this ride model is for and how it still is pretty forceful, I'm giving it a 7/10.

Part 2: Restraints

These restraints are very good. They are basically these massive shared restraints. These are basically a buzz bar, just Hydrolic. There are no seatbelts on this ride. To me, that makes the restraints for this ride deserve a 10/10.

Part 3: Re-rideability

These rides are very re-rideable. They aren't that intense, so you can just keep riding. That is even easier to do considering that they have a super high capacity. For re-rideability, I'm giving this ride model a 10/10.

Final Scores:

The final score for this flat ride model is a 9/10. This, in my opinion, is basically the perfect flat ride for the whole family to enjoy. It makes sense that these rides were cloned and went to so many parks. This is just a classic, fun, family friendly flat ride model.
